As of right now, all my S49 is, is the most expensive MIDI keyboard I have. I have spent thousands over the years on NI software and hardware, I would expect a more tailored customer service program than they have (it took me forever to find a tech support number, which I have called three times and have been hung up on/or call dropped all three times although I find it hard to believe my call dropped every time.) I am trying to get 11 installed so that I can use the new Kontrol S49 I also just purchased from NI. Please someone shed some light, there is very frustrating and the customer service/tech support is BS.
